Existing cell designs are standardized for consumer electronics. The AMV cells were developed and are manufactured in a configuration that is ideal for an automotive application. We are developing battery technology to meet the needs of the automotive industry, versus adopting a technology with limitations and accepting those limitations. THE NEW AGE OF E-MOBILITY – XP PLATFORM
We’re opening our core technology to allow aftermarket vehicle partners to electrify anything. From RVs and box trucks to vans and entire fleets, put our chassis to work for you. This XP platform, or “skateboard”, is both the base for the Atlis XT pickup and a stand-alone product intended for vehicle builders looking for a medium to heavy-duty electric platform.

Charge time is critical for people who run trucks all day on ranches, construction sites, or who haul heavy loads. Today’s battery technology can take over an hour to charge to 100%, and that’s on a lower-range battery. At ATLIS, we know that until charge times are comparable to a gas station fill up, electric won’t meet the bar. That’s where ATLIS’s battery technology comes in. Here’s how we were able to build the first ultra-fast charging AMV cell in-house:

The XP platform demonstrates our innovative approach to vehicle architecture and the future of automotive vehicles
December 2019 – Regulation CF Campaign Launched
We launched our first ever crowdfunding campaign and raised $1 Million
February 2020 – ATLIS Moves Into New Facility in Arizona
The team moved into a 42,000 ft2 facility to take the next big steps in building our productionready prototypes of the XP Platform, battery pack, and fast-charging
September 2020 – Regulation A Campaign Launched
ATLIS launches Regulation A crowdfunding campaign
November 2020 – 8 Minutes 55 Seconds charge time registered
We successfully demonstrated an 8 minute, 55 seconds charge time on a prototype cell
December 2020 – The XP Platform Drives
The platform officially rolls on electric, all powered by ATLIS battery technology
February 2021 – ATLIS partners with Clemson University
Research associates and students will assist ATLIS with further development of our battery technology to advance development of electric-vehicle batteries that charge faster, last longer and can be scaled to fit a variety of vehicle classes.
June 2021 – ATLIS Produces first amv battery cell
ATLIS reaches a big milestone with the production of our AMV battery. Testing and validation phase begins as we look to commercially launch the AMV cell in Q4 2021.
July 2021 – ATLIS secures $300 Million capital commitment from Global Emerging Markets (GEM)
This capital commitment will propel us in our quest to continuously hit aggressive development and production milestones.
July 2021 – Reg a campaign closes
We were able to raise $14.8 Million in 10 months through this round of funding.
July 2021 – ATLIS motor vehicles announces opportunity to develop 4,000 battery packs for electricars
Elettricars agrees to purchase four thousand electric vehicle battery packs, complete with proprietary battery management and cooling systems from ATLIS by 2023.
August 2021
Debuting XT Prototype, scaling battery manufacturing processes, and shipping first AMV cells in Q4, 2021.
